Bons Voeux
Nothing beats ringing in the new year with the best wishes of Brasserie Dupont. Created in 1970 as a special New Year gift for loyal patrons, Bons Vœux is a coppery-blond, top-fermented ale refermented in the bottle. It releases intense aromas of stone fruits (ripe banana), citrus (orange and lemon), and subtle clove spice. The palate is harmonious and deeply layered, combining rich malts, refined effervescence, and a lingering noble hop bitterness.
